Our Lovely Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Love Ties. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • USA Orders: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Promotional Items purchased with promotion codes, coupons, or other offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • International Orders: Exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, please get in touch with us at love@lovetiesgifts.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on sending your package back to us. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We want your experience to be perfect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you find any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us right away. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we’ll do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will process your refund within five (5) business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at love@lovetiesgifts.com.

A restocking fee of $8.00 (USD) will apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
